Loudon Motors Ford Reviews the 2019 Ford EcoSport

If you are looking for an affordable, reliable crossover SUV, the 2019 EcoBoost is perfect for you. Coming in 4 trims, you have the option to stay basic at a very low cost with the base trim, or move all the way up to the Titanium to enjoy features you would not find on the lower trims.

All trims come with front-wheel drive and are powered by a turbocharged 1.0-liter three-cylinder engine that pushes out 123 horsepower and 125 pound-feet of torque. If you want a little more zip on your EcoBoost, a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that pushes 166 horsepower and 149 pound-feet of torque is optional. Both engine options are paired to a six-speed automatic transmission. Also, keyless entry and remote engine start are options on every trim level.

Now you know about the power this SUV has, but what about the features? Well, let’s start with the base model. You will find 6-inch alloy wheels, automatic headlights, a rearview camera, cruise control, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, height-adjustable front seats, 60/40-split rear seats, a cargo cover, a removable cargo floor panel, Bluetooth, a 4.2-inch central display screen, and a six-speaker audio system with two USB ports.

When you move up to the SE, you will get LED running lights, fog lights, a windshield wiper de-icer, body-colored exterior accents, roof rails, rear privacy glass, rear parking sensors, a sunroof, keyless entry and ignition, automatic climate control, an upgraded driver information display, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, power-adjustable driver seat, heated front seats, upgraded cloth upholstery, a 6.5-inch touchscreen with the Sync 3 interface, satellite radio, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality.

Another step to the SES, the EcoSport boasts the contents of the Convenience package and the 2.0-liter engine/AWD combo, along with 17-inch wheels, heated mirrors, a rear spoiler, a sport-tuned suspension, black exterior styling elements, automatic wipers, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a heated steering wheel with wheel-mounted shift paddles, and leather upholstery with cloth inserts.

The highest trim, Titanium, takes the best features from all of the other trims. It’s features are very similar to the SE with the Convenience package, but adds 17-inch wheels, chrome exterior trim, body-colored bumpers, heated mirrors, automatic wipers, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a heated steering wheel, leather upholstery, and a 10-speaker B&O Play premium audio system with HD radio.

We have a ton of EcoSports in stock currently, so come down to Loudon Motors Ford to scope out the selection! Or, if you would like to check them out from the comfort of your home, you can find our full inventory here.
