I have worked at the dealership since I was 11 years old! I started off sweeping floors, emptying the trash and cleaning bathrooms. Over the years, I worked on the wash rack, detailing cars, helped in the auto body shop, worked in parts and service and eventually got into sales. In September of 2005, I purchased the Ford dealership my grandfather Abe, along with my father Walt, established it in 1928. I am proud to say that Loudon Motors Ford has been providing our community with vehicles for 90 years and have sold cars, trucks, vans and SUVs in 49 different states and 6 countries! Crystal serves as the General Manager at Loudon Motors Ford and has been with the dealership for 7 years, bringing over 14 years of experience in the automotive industry. She enjoys being involved in every aspect of the business and helping guide the team to provide the best possible experience for customers. In 2021, she completed Attendee Dealer Academy, a year-long professional development program.

Originally from New Philadelphia, Ohio, Crystal now lives in Louisville. She enjoys spending time with her three grandkids and two dogs, and outside of work she loves watching Ohio State football, playing pickleball, and being with her family.

Crystal’s favorite Ford vehicle is the Ford Expedition, and her dream vehicle is the Lamborghini Urus. She takes pride in making sure every customer is well taken care of, no matter the situation, and describes her leadership and service style as attentive, proactive, and decisive.

Andrew Anderson is the Used Car Manager here at Loudon Motors Ford. With over 21 years of experience in the car business, Andrew knows how to help people find the right vehicle for their needs. Before working in the auto industry, he worked in construction, so he’s no stranger to hard work.

Andrew loves helping people and making sure they have a great experience at the dealership. When he’s not at work, you’ll probably find him grilling up something delicious (his specialty is brisket!). He enjoys spending his free time with friends and family, especially around a good BBQ.

Andrew drives a BMW X7 and a Subaru Legacy, but his favorite Ford of all time is the Mustang. His best advice for anyone shopping for a car? Do your research. The more you know, the better choice you’ll make!

Jake Repp is the Finance Manager at Loudon Motors Ford, bringing over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry. Throughout his career, Jake has excelled in both sales and finance roles, where he thrives on meeting new people and achieving success. His passion for the industry and his commitment to helping customers have made him a trusted member of our team.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending his free time golfing and being with his family. His favorite course to play is Prestwick Country Club in Green, Ohio. A true Ford enthusiast, Jake currently drives an F-150 but has his sights set on upgrading to a Super Duty. His dream car? A classic 1968 Ford Mustang.

Seth Loudon is a Master Certified Product Consultant at Loudon Motors Ford and has been with the dealership for about 3½ years. Having grown up around the dealership, he brings a natural passion for helping customers and enjoys changing people’s perceptions about the car-buying experience.

A Minerva native, Seth still lives in the community with his fiancée Ida, their dogs Hank and Willow, and their growing family. In his free time, he enjoys boxing, shooting, watching the Eagles, and spending time gaming or relaxing with family and friends.

Seth proudly served in the U.S. Army for seven years, traveling around the world during his service. He believes in being laid-back, approachable, and transparent with customers and focuses on making the buying process simple and stress-free.

His favorite Ford vehicle is the Ford F-150, and his dream car is the Nissan Skyline R34. Seth’s service style is honest, upfront, and transparent, and he was honored as 2025 Stark County Car Salesman of the Year.

With a deep passion for cars and a wealth of experience, Andy Ackerman is ready to assist you in finding the perfect vehicle. Andy’s journey in the automotive industry began right here at Loudon Ford in 2013. After gaining valuable experience, he temporarily moved to Florida, only to return to his roots with even more knowledge and enthusiasm. He’s a true “car guy” with a special love for everything Ford. When Andy isn’t at work, he enjoys watching football, hitting the gym, and spending quality time with his German Shepherd, Leo. He’s an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns. Andrew is a Sales Consultant at Loudon Motors Ford and has been part of the team for about a year and a half, bringing nearly 10 years of automotive industry experience to the dealership. He enjoys meeting new people and appreciates that every day in the car business is different.

Originally from Canton, Ohio, Andrew now lives in Jackson Township with his two kids, two dogs, and a cat. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and spending time with his family, and on weekends you’ll often find him out on the golf course with friends.

Andrew’s favorite Ford vehicle is the Ford Raptor, and he takes pride in building strong relationships with customers. As an Army veteran, he values trust, honesty, and integrity, and believes in treating every customer like family throughout the buying process.

Michael is a Sales Consultant at Loudon Motors Ford and has been with the dealership for one year. He enjoys meeting new people and helping customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle.

Originally from Alliance, Ohio, Michael still lives in the area and spends much of his free time enjoying the outdoors. He enjoys camping, boating, attending car shows, and watching sports, and also loves spending time with friends, family, and his two dogs, Luna and Anya.

Michael’s favorite Ford vehicles are the Ford F-150 and Mustang Cobra, while his dream vehicle is a 1969 Chevy Camaro. Before joining the Loudon Motors Ford team, Michael was actually a customer of the dealership, which gives him a unique perspective when helping others through the buying process. His service style is easygoing, convenient, and helpful, and his goal is always to help customers find the perfect vehicle for them.

Hank is a 1-year old Double Doodle who absolutely loves spending his day at the dealership with his mom and dad! Whether he’s collecting treats, saying hello to customers, or soaking up attention, Hank is always happy to be part of the team. Outside of work, he loves playing with his sister Willow and being the ultimate mama’s boy at home.

Lido Loudon is a full bred Goldendoodle and a part time greeter at our dog friendly dealership. You can often find him roaming the showroom, helping to close deals and bringing joy to customers. Lido has been with us for many years, and has made many friends during that time – both human and canine. In his free time, he likes chasing rabbits and spending time with his brother, Popeye. Lido invites everyone to visit our dealership and our dog park where your four-legged friend can play while you look for a new vehicle!

Popeye is the biggest, fluffiest greeter you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. As a part time employee of Loudon Motors Ford, Popeye the St. Bernard spends most of his time working in the office but will sometimes make an appearance on the showroom floor to say hello to customers. When he takes time away from greeting, he enjoys rolling in the snow and relaxing at home with his brother, Lido. Popeye invites you and your dog to come to our dealership and utilize the on-site dog park! If you love very large dogs, ask for Popeye on your next visit.
