Polite and service was completed quickly. I like they itemized my bill so I know what I was paying for as it relates to both the parts and labor. Their communication was great while I waited. Truly appreciate their customer service.

Today was my first experience at Loudon Ford but it will definitely not be my last. My salesman, Andrew R. was most excellent. I needed to trade my sedan for an SUV but needed to make sure a mobility scooter would fit in the back. Yesterday when I called, he listened to what my needs were and then he went to the car in the pouring rain to measure for me. Today I came to see the SUV, a 2020 Lincoln Nautilus, and found that the scooter fit. Andrew was a true professional, taking all the time with me he needed to. He made sure that all was exactly as I wanted. Everyone that I worked with was just as nice and knowledgeable as Andrew. This was absolutely a 5 star experience.

I worked with Mike on a new 2024 F250, and I love the truck. Mike was easy to work with. I told him what I was looking for, he took me to the truck. After some back and forth with my trades, they made me happy and I drove off with the truck that suited me. I will update this review accordingly when I go back for services and such.
