I bought a set of tires from other place I don’t want mention any names but when they installed them it’s was riding like crap. So I went over to Loudon Motors Ford and set up an appointment. And come to find out the last place put beads in the tires. It took the ford guys a while to balance them out. it took a lot of tire weights, but it rides so much smoother. My hat off to these guys. Ease of doing business is an understatement regarding getting my vehicle serviced. From booking my appointment online to getting an estimate to fix problems with our car was so simple. Staff are extremely friendly and supportive. Their waiting area is also very comfortable and convenient. I was worried about taking out 3 year old and waiting but their waiting area is very kid friendly. He didn't want to leave when we were done.

Today was my first experience at Loudon Motor Ford. To start off, the lady on the phone was so kind and patient as I was making an appointment to get my oil changed! I worked on my computer in their waiting area which was very, very clean and everyone who walked by was nice and welcoming! The oil change got done in less than a hour, easy and seamless! After purchasing a used super duty from a dealership up north (cleveland), the truck had a few things that were to be repaired upon picking it up the following week. The morning we were to pick the truck up the dealership said they didn't have time to get the repairs done? (Purchased from a Chevy dealer, repairs needed to be done at a Ford garage) So, long story short, we picked the truck up with the agreement we could get it repaired back home locally. So we went to a large Ford store in downtown Canton that really dropped the ball. I took the truck to them, Service manager took pictures and said he would get back with me. I gave it a week and called him, he said I've been busy, I'll get something worked up in the next day or so. We'll 18 days go by since the first visit, I drive to the Canton Ford store, chat with the service manager, only to be told that "I've been busy with existing customers" I said not a problem. So my next drive was down to Loudon Motors Ford Minerva. All I can say is their service department is A1! We made an appointment to look at the truck, upon arrival, they pulled my truck into a service and quickly assesd what they needed to make the repairs. The parts were ordered and 10 days or so later I was called to bring truck in for repairs. I dropped the truck off, and a day or so later they called and had it fixed. Great store, awesome service manager and very timely. What was promised, was done! Highly recommend Loudon Motors Ford!

Andrew was very efficient, it was Christmas Eve so I know People were wanting to get home but we never felt rushed. Paper work was ready, we were even able to bring our dog inside. Everyone one there made us feel very welcomed. We would recommend this dealership.

We purchased a used 2021 Kia Forte for our daughter from Loudon Motors Ford (Minerva, Ohio). Eric the salesperson was awesome to deal with. He was easy to talk to and very personable. We drove up from Pittsburgh, PA for this vehicle as he talked to my wife over the phone going over the details of the vehicle. We asked him to do a video of the vehicle for us which we can see a little closer of the vehicle and walk us inside and outside the vehicle through the video. As we drove 2hrs to the Loudon Motors Ford dealership, we were well greeted by staff and finally met Eric who we’ve been communicating over the phone. This was my wife and I’s first time ever pursued purchasing a vehicle out of state. So, we were a little lyre but was glad to see a Ford Dealership in the middle of farmland Ohio :) I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family, as well as our salesman Eric. Even the Finance person Jake was cool and down to earth for a finance guy :). His dog was pretty cool as well. Since I lived in PA, we have to get our vehicles inspected which Ohio does not. It good to hear from my mechanic that the vehicle had new brakes, rotors, and tires put on as it stated in the Carfax report provided to us. He said it looks like a solid vehicle, and everything checked out inspection wise, which made me feel even better that I purchased from this dealership rather than a secondary used car lot dealership where I had not so great experience. My appt took nearly 4 hours to complete, which was a lot longer than expected. I arrived about 8:40am and finally my explorer was done with an undercoating and a detail at 12:45. Pretty sure they must have all gone to lunch at the same time for it to be nearly 1pm for those two things to be finished. I would have kept the rental car a lot longer, if I would have been told it would take that long, but I wasn’t told it would take 4 hours or told that I would be notified when it was finished. Maybe some better communication would be appreciated and a more timely service considering my recent purchase.
