At Loudon Motors Ford, we believe in the power of giving back to the community that has supported us for nearly 100 years.
Our Community Driven Acts of Kindness encompass many of the schools and organizations in Minerva and beyond with new partnerships, sponsorships and volunteer opportunities being added every month. This ongoing project reinforces our commitment to service, fostering goodwill, and emphasizing the significance of our deep roots in the areas we serve.
From small gestures to larger endeavors that demanded great planning and dedication, each Act of Kindness has played a vital role in making a positive impact.
9th Annual Mustang Mania & Classic Car Show
Date: Sunday June 2nd, 2024
Location: Loudon Motors Ford, Minerva, Ohio
Loudon Motors Ford held a car show that (despite the weather!) drew over 100 classic cars and many more attendees. All of the proceeds raised from the dunk tank, registration fees, auction items, 50/50 raffle, charity car smash, and concession stand were donated to the Alzheimer's Association in the amount of $4014.00. These funds will go to support Alzheimer's care and research.

Stuff A Truck: 2nd Annual Holiday Toy Drive
Date: December 2023
Location: Loudon Motors Ford, Minerva, Ohio
The Loudon Ford staff, customers, and community members came together to stuff the bed of an F-150 with toys, hats, gloves and scarves. All of the donations were distributed to local families through the Minerva Police Department in time for Christmas.
Volunteering at the Minerva Community Outreach

Location: Minerva Community Outreach at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Minerva, Ohio
Loudon team members volunteered on a rainy day in November to hand out turkeys, canned goods, and fresh produce to nearly 300 families in time for Thanksgiving. This organization loves to put us to work! The volunteers from Loudon Ford returned in December to distribute Christmas hams. We are so thankful to be able to give back to the community that has supported us for nearly 100 years.
Distributing Christmas Checks to Local Organizations

As part of the season of giving, Loudon Ford is proud to once again distribute checks to local organizations in time for Christmas. This year’s organizations included the Minerva Fire Department, Minerva Police Department, Rotary Club, Jackie Davison Foundation, and local food pantries.
2nd Annual Trunk or Treat Halloween Event
Date: Saturday, October 28th, 2023
Location: Loudon Motors Ford, Minerva, Ohio
The staff at Loudon Ford put on a fantastic trunk or treat event for local families. In addition to trunks and treats, we had hay rides, train rides, face painting and pizza to share!

3rd Annual Ride for the Roxy 4x4 Event
Date: Sunday, October 8th, 2023
Location: Minerva, Ohio
This three-hour ride started in downtown Minerva and allowed attendees to explore local natural terrain and unpaved surfaces in their Broncos, Jeeps, and 4WD vehicles. This is the third event of its kind that Loudon Ford has sponsored. All of the proceeds raised at this event went to the restoration of The Roxy Theatre, which has undergone major renovations in an effort to bring it back to life as a playhouse, movie theater, and event space.

Loudon Motors Ford held a car show that drew over 280 classic cars and many more attendees. These funds will go to support Alzheimer's care and research.

Touch a Truck
Date: Saturday, April 8th, 2023
Location: Loudon Motors Ford, Minerva, Ohio
Loudon Ford held a Touch a Truck day at our dealership with unique vehicles including a tractor, race car, police cruiser, fire truck, ambulance and dump truck. This event gave families the opportunity to touch, explore and learn about the vehicles that help build and protect our community. Instead of charging admission, we asked people to bring a canned food item for the local food pantry. We were able to fill the bed of a Ford F-150 Lightning with donations.
