I have worked at the dealership since I was 11 years old! I started off sweeping floors, emptying the trash and cleaning bathrooms. Over the years, I worked on the wash rack, detailing cars, helped in the auto body shop, worked in parts and service and eventually got into sales. In September of 2005, I purchased the Ford dealership my grandfather Abe, along with my father Walt, established it in 1928. I am proud to say that Loudon Motors Ford has been providing our community with vehicles for 90 years and have sold cars, trucks, vans and SUVs in 49 different states and 6 countries! Don’t drive to regret! Make the short drive to Minerva and I guarantee you’ll be glad you did!

Crystal is a graduate of Fortis College where she earned a degree in business that landed her a position as Finance Manager at Loudon Motors Ford in 2019. In just a few short years, she worked her way up to Sales Manager and to her most recent position as General Manager. As the GM of a busy dealership, Crystal has her hands in nearly every aspect of the business. She enjoys helping her employees grow and succeed while keeping track of financial goals and being an active presence in the showroom. Customers agree that she is personable and willing to do whatever she can to help. When she’s not working, she likes spending time with her family and recently welcomed her second grandchild. Crystal strives to deliver the very best in customer service every day and to instill that attitude into her team. Her advice for anyone shopping for a vehicle is to make sure you’re being treated like family. “If you don’t get a good vibe from the salesperson, you shouldn’t buy there.”

Davey Jones is one of our most seasoned and experienced staff members. Before joining Team Loudon in 2022 as a Sales Manager, Davey held positions in sales, management, and finance at other Ford stores. His experience spans over three decades. He is a self-described history buff and he loves the tradition behind the Ford brand. Davey and his family own a number of Fords, including Escapes, EcoSports and Broncos, but his all-time favorite was 1997 Ford Mustang GT convertible. “It was slow as all get-out, but it was my first convertible.” Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, playing bocce, and golfing. Having been in the business for so many years, Davey knows the importance of building trust with his customers. “If you trust your salesman and the dealership, buy the car.”

Jim Grover, Loudon Ford’s Used Car Manager, is a veteran of the auto industry with over 30 years under his hood. Jim is a graduate of The Ohio State University, and he has worn many hats throughout his career – he’s even owned his own dealership. Jim also spent some time travelling the country sharing his expertise in sales and social media with dealership employees everywhere.

But what Jim enjoys most is building relationships with customers. He understands that buying a car is a big decision, and he wants to make sure you find the perfect ride at Loudon Ford. When he’s not helping customers, Jim loves playing softball and hitting the trails in his lifted Jeep Gladiator. His dream car? A classic muscle car – a 1969 Camaro SS.

Jim’s got some words of wisdom for car shoppers: trust your gut and find a dealer who prioritizes you even after the sale. Remember, it’s not just about the price tag, it’s about finding someone who will take care of you in the long run. Seth Loudon is no stranger to the car industry. He grew up watching his grandfather and uncle do business under the Loudon family brand name, and he is excited to continue the tradition. Prior to joining our team, Seth graduated from Minerva High School and proudly served in the United States Army. His customers describe him as friendly and thorough, and his goal is to provide an honest, upfront experience for each of his clients. Outside of work, Seth enjoys snowboarding, lifting, and watching sports. He is a big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Guardians. His favorite memory of growing up in a car dealership family was seeing his uncle purchase a 1965 Ford Mustang back from its original owner, who purchased it from Seth’s grandfather in 1964. With a deep passion for cars and a wealth of experience, Andy Ackerman is ready to assist you in finding the perfect vehicle. Andy’s journey in the automotive industry began right here at Loudon Ford in 2013. After gaining valuable experience, he temporarily moved to Florida, only to return to his roots with even more knowledge and enthusiasm. He’s a true “car guy” with a special love for everything Ford. What Andy loves most about the car industry is the opportunity to help people. Whether it’s finding the right car for a family or a single driver, he finds great satisfaction in assisting customers. When Andy isn’t at work, he enjoys watching football, hitting the gym, and spending quality time with his German Shepherd, Leo. He’s an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns. Andy’s dream car is the Porsche GT3 RS — a testament to his appreciation for high-performance vehicles. Andrew Resanovich has been a dedicated automotive sales consultant for the past 8 years. His journey into car sales began when he bought a truck and had such an amazing experience with his sales rep that he decided to give it a try himself. Over the years, Andrew has sold vehicles under the Kia, Nissan, and now Ford brands.

Before starting his career in car sales, Andrew proudly served in the Army National Guard. He enjoys his current job because he gets to meet new people every day and loves that no two days are the same.

Outside of work, Andrew spends much of his time with his wife and two young children. He’s also an avid golfer, and his favorite course is the Chippewa Golf Club. He drives a 2022 Ford Explorer, which he says he loves because it’s a fantastic family car. Andrew’s dream is to one day own a Ford F-150 Raptor.

Andrew’s advice for potential car buyers is simple: make sure you trust the person you’re buying from. Trust makes the whole process much easier and more enjoyable.

Jayla Ray brings a wealth of sales experience from the fine jewelry industry, where she worked as a sales professional for Kay Jewelers. She loves interacting with customers and learning their stories, which makes her transition into the automotive world a natural fit. She sees the car industry as a dynamic field where she can continue to grow and learn. Her ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service remains a constant, regardless of the product she’s selling.

Outside of work, Jayla enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her Jack Russell mix named Yappy. Jayla and Yappy love going on adventures together and visiting new places. She recently upgraded from a Jeep to a Ford F-150, and she loves the way her new truck drives so smoothly.

Jayla’s philosophy in sales is grounded in trust and understanding. She believes that the key to a successful car-buying experience is finding a consultant you can trust. Her advice to potential buyers is to ensure they feel confident and comfortable with their sales representative. Lido Loudon is a full bred Goldendoodle and a part time greeter at our dog friendly dealership. You can often find him roaming the showroom, helping to close deals and bringing joy to customers. Lido has been with us for many years, and has made many friends during that time – both human and canine. In his free time, he likes chasing rabbits and spending time with his brother, Popeye. Lido invites everyone to visit our dealership and our dog park where your four-legged friend can play while you look for a new vehicle!

Popeye is the biggest, fluffiest greeter you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. As a part time employee of Loudon Motors Ford, Popeye the St. Bernard spends most of his time working in the office but will sometimes make an appearance on the showroom floor to say hello to customers. When he takes time away from greeting, he enjoys rolling in the snow and relaxing at home with his brother, Lido. Popeye invites you and your dog to come to our dealership and utilize the on-site dog park! If you love very large dogs, ask for Popeye on your next visit.
