Recently purchased a vehicle from Loudon’s… they are a great local option for a car dealership. Sales is professional and helpful without being pushy. The finance department is quick and straightforward. When it came time to get service done on my vehicle it was easy to schedule and they were quick to get it in and complete.

This was my first time really shopping for a vehicle. This was my first time really shopping for a vehicle. The people were SO friendly, very good vibes. I was prepared when I walked in but they basically gave the answers to everything BEFORE I asked. Made me feel like they were honest and open. I didn't feel pressured at all (though my heart was already set on this truck, haha). I bought the Lariat. I couldn't be happier, a dream car, and easy on my nerves to have gotten it here. I was looking for a nicer commuter car, that was safe and reliable for my kids. We worked with Carl. He was so pleasant to work with. He was very fair on price and everyone was timely getting us in and out. Anything we expressed even a little concern on, they did not hesitate to fix right away. And what couldn’t be fixed same day they scheduled to fix. I can’t say enough great things about Carl and Loudon. This was our first time buying from them but we will definitely look to them in the future as well!

Fantastic service and support! They had an issue with their financing system when I was there. They apologizing and asked if I could possibly come back the next day. They actually let me drive my new car home before completing the paperwork! They even topped off the gas o cover the cost of driving there twice.

I just wanna give a shout out to Mark over in the service department and the mechanics. They got me hooked up with an oil change and I had a software update I needed and with out any hesitation they made it happen. I was recommended to take my truck there and I wasn't disappointed. I will definitely keep going there. Thank you to everyone who works there for making me feel like I was a regular customer and being able to get my last minute request.

While the actual car buying experience was good the day of, since then it's been a rocky history. We've taken the car in several times within a few weeks as the service had missed what was asked to be fixed after dropping it off. The service team themselves were very nice people, but we were a bit dissapointed in the end result. It took us two trips here to get it looked at, and ultimately had to take it to a Ford dealership for it to be fixed. We've also tried for several weeks with emails and voicemails to get a call back from their Finance Team or their General Manager. We haven't heard back since after calling sales and having them direct the call, or calling the teams directly. I understand the nature of the business, but we haven't heard back anything via email or calls after several reach outs. Overall the facility itself and the process was great the day of purchase, and the car itself was as advertised. However some of the responses (or lack thereof) between our sales person, finance manager, and their general manager has been a sad ending to an otherwise great experience.

Great service. Picked my vehicle up and brought it back to me. Gave me a loner to use while fixing my vehicle. Thank you.

Andy gets 5 stars. Not for the quality of the car which was not so bad it was completely fair price. I went in there looking for a truck I didn't get a truck still looking for a truck. However, I was greeted with a completely hospitable group of people like Jake and the three Andrews honestly everybody I made contact with was really cool. My big concern going in to getting the vehicle was honesty or something had been wrong something wrong and there was complete honesty from Andy and I ended up buying a car because of that Honesty I didn't really want a car I wanted a truck boy do I want a truck. But I got a car under these guys were great if you go in there and speak to any one of them I'm sure they'll be honest about everything with the car new or used try going here.

I can’t begin to tell how impressed I was with this dealership. I had been looking for an F-450 just like this one and happened to find it on a trip to South Carolina from Michigan. We were in a hurry and I wanted to trade my truck in. These guys made it fast and easy. From start to finish under 2 hours. Including moving my stuff from one truck to the other. I wish they were in Michigan so I could use them for service.

Choosing a dealership closer to home, and after calling a couple of dealerships, Loudon’s was the most polite and patient with me, even though we didn’t purchase from them last time. Staff was friendly and we will be back for service again!

Our car had been totaled, and we were in a desperate search for another one - rental car got quite expensive. We searched for the same kind of a car we had before and found one in Loudon Motors Ford. Long driving and the out-of-state scared us for a second, but then we saw the price. Next second, we were driving 1.5h, hoping to get to the last appointment slot. Seth was waiting for us, welcomed us and was very nice. He showed the car, answered all our questions and was nice and patient. Jake provided us all financial information and answered all questions. He processed our financing very quickly. We spent there 1 hour, which was much less comparing to my past encounters with dealerships. At the end Jake gave us instructions where we can eat - we had 1.5 h driving back. Seth told us final goodbye. I understand that their main task is to sell us a car and an extended warranty, but it was wrapped in such a humanly kind attitude, which is rare in my experience. We will keep their card in the visible place - something tells me where we will buy a car when we need one.

Had a great experience there, no pressure no one lingering over me or pressuring me to go outside of my budget or made me feel like I had to buy something. Andrew and the team there came in clutch with finding me the vehicle we wanted and we made a great deal. Can't thank them enough!

Oil change was done quickly and professionally. The mechanic recommended additional filters that I often forget such as a cabin filter. In and out, smooth process.
