I bought a set of tires from other place I don’t want mention any names but when they installed them it’s was riding like crap. So I went over to Loudon Motors Ford and set up an appointment. And come to find out the last place put beads in the tires. It took the ford guys a while to balance them out. it took a lot of tire weights, but it rides so much smoother. My hat off to these guys. Ease of doing business is an understatement regarding getting my vehicle serviced. From booking my appointment online to getting an estimate to fix problems with our car was so simple. Staff are extremely friendly and supportive. Their waiting area is also very comfortable and convenient. I was worried about taking out 3 year old and waiting but their waiting area is very kid friendly. He didn't want to leave when we were done.
Today was my first experience at Loudon Motor Ford. To start off, the lady on the phone was so kind and patient as I was making an appointment to get my oil changed! I worked on my computer in their waiting area which was very, very clean and everyone who walked by was nice and welcoming! The oil change got done in less than a hour, easy and seamless! After purchasing a used super duty from a dealership up north (cleveland), the truck had a few things that were to be repaired upon picking it up the following week. We purchased a used 2021 Kia Forte for our daughter from Loudon Motors Ford (Minerva, Ohio). Eric the salesperson was awesome to deal with. He was easy to talk to and very personable. We drove up from Pittsburgh, PA for this vehicle as he talked to my wife over the phone going over the details of the vehicle. My appt took nearly 4 hours to complete, which was a lot longer than expected. I arrived about 8:40am and finally my explorer was done with an undercoating and a detail at 12:45. Pretty sure they must have all gone to lunch at the same time for it to be nearly 1pm for those two things to be finished. I would have kept the rental car a lot longer, if I would have been told it would take that long, but I wasn’t told it would take 4 hours or told that I would be notified when it was finished. I drove about about 10 hours from North Carolina to Ohio to come buy a truck off of Andy Resanovich and he was amazing. He showed me the truck and made sure I was caught up to speed on it and showed me every inch of it without hesitation when I asked. (Top to bottom including frame). He didn’t try to pressure me on something else and made the process as quick as can be. They’re a wonderful dealership with amazing people working for them!

I actually purchased a Nissan Mutano from Loudon‘s. Was treated exceptionally. I had my first oil change also at the dealership and was gifted my first the service team also seems exceptionally trained. It’s nice to have a beautiful dealership in Minerva and small hometown values.
Update 11/16/2024: I reached out to the GM Crystal after she responded to my review and she went above and beyond to try to make things right. They paid for me to take the car to my mechanic to make sure the issues were resolved. Gives me hope for their customer service in the future. Had a really bad experience at this dealership overall. They had a car that we really wanted and we were in communications with a saleman and the sales manager before we made the 2+ hour trip out to look at the car. Multiple times i was told ...

I was buying my first EV, so it was a big decision and I had a ton of questions. Seth was very knowledgeable, and very easy going and patient. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to give good customer service. The process was straightforward and their prices were fair. It was worth the drive (I live over an hour away) and I was happy to give them my business.
