Recently purchased a vehicle from Loudon’s… they are a great local option for a car dealership. Sales is professional and helpful without being pushy. The finance department is quick and straightforward. When it came time to get service done on my vehicle it was easy to schedule and they were quick to get it in and complete.

Fantastic service and support! They had an issue with their financing system when I was there. They apologizing and asked if I could possibly come back the next day. They actually let me drive my new car home before completing the paperwork! They even topped off the gas o cover the cost of driving there twice.
I just wanna give a shout out to Mark over in the service department and the mechanics. They got me hooked up with an oil change and I had a software update I needed and with out any hesitation they made it happen. I was recommended to take my truck there and I wasn't disappointed. They greet you when you bring your vehicle in, review what work is to be done, and have a nice waiting area, with complimentary water, coffee, and snacks. They throughly go over the work done. While the actual car buying experience was good the day of, since then it's been a rocky history. We've taken the car in several times within a few weeks as the service had missed what was asked to be fixed after dropping it off. The service team themselves were very nice people, but we were a bit dissapointed in the end result. It took us two trips here to get it looked at, and ultimately had to take it to a Ford dealership for it to be fixed.

I can’t begin to tell how impressed I was with this dealership. I had been looking for an F-450 just like this one and happened to find it on a trip to South Carolina from Michigan. We were in a hurry and I wanted to trade my truck in. These guys made it fast and easy. From start to finish under 2 hours. Including moving my stuff from one truck to the other. I wish they were in Michigan so I could use them for service.

Was looking for a work van. Lounden Ford had had one that I wanted to look at. Went there with now expectations to purchase a van. Our car had been totaled, and we were in a desperate search for another one - rental car got quite expensive. We searched for the same kind of a car we had before and found one in Loudon Motors Ford. Oil change was done quickly and professionally. The mechanic recommended additional filters that I often forget such as a cabin filter. In and out, smooth process.
