What does it mean to be Blue Certified vs Gold Certified?

The CPO Blue certificate comes with a detailed multi-point inspection, a free CARFAX vehicle history report, an extended factory warranty, roadside assistance, and a trial subscription for SiriusXM Radio — as do the Gold CPO vehicles. The big differences between the Blue and Gold certificate lies in coverage levels and age of the vehicle.

Blue certification comes with a 90-day or 4,000-mile warranty and 24/7 roadside assistance. Gold certification comes with a 12-month or 12,000-mile Comprehensive Limited Warranty and a 7-year or 100,000-mile Powertrain Limited Warranty.

Also, gold vehicles are up to 6 years old with less than 80,000 miles. Blue vehicles are up to 10 years old with less than 120,000 miles.
